New Patient
If you are reading this page, thank you for choosing TLC Dentistry and welcome to our practice. Our friendly team will make you comfortable and welcomed. We have free wifi in the waiting area for you convenience and Ipad for your kids to play with. We also have ceiling-mounted TV in each surgery with Netflix so that you can enjoy a movie or your favourite TV show during the treatment instead of just sitting there with the dental buzz.
During your first visit with us, we usually like to conduct a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums. During this appointment, we will take xrays and photos so that we can be very thorough. After which, we spend most of the appointment having an honest discussion.
We will explain in lay terms so that you understand the condition of your dental health. We promise that we will only offer treatment options that we will have done ourselves. We welcome you to ask questions and take control of your treatment. At the end of the appointment, we would have come up with a "game plan" on how to achieve your ultimate dental goals.
